Overview.
In accordance with indonesian act no.1,1970 with department degree no.5, 1996 required safety officer work management system in any industries. In fact that human error is one of causes of any accident factor and in order to minimize this fact the establishment and implementation of P2K3 with trained personnel in mandatory requirement.
